The "ic" factor

I feel romantic...like I want to be wooed. I know, i know...sounds utterly tacky. But, yes its the way I feel. Not with chocolates or flowers etc...ugh! Want something more mature...older...recalling an era gone by...old-fashioned if you like. Its strange...if the man were cast of an older mold, I am sure I would never get along with him - he will probably think he knows better in everything and be a controlling monster! But...one cant help longing for something that harks back to an earlier age - of courtesy and courting, of orchids and diamonds, old-world charm and the sort of suprises that only a man who has seen the world can give. Hmmm...I am letting myself run away here. That does it! I am off to scour the net for lovely pics of darling George...(sigh!)
